Because at the root of it all, my purpose in creating this podcast is so that you know you are not alone in your journey.

Today, I am surrounded by love and support and I'm grateful for the journey it took me to get here. Sometimes I still struggle with self-worth, but I work to remind myself that I still am and always will be worthy and enough.

When I'm not making memories with my girls, you can find me curled up on the couch with some fuzzy socks (because I'm always cold) or cooking a new recipe that I've wanted to try for a while. I'm always joking with my husband that eventually I will open a restaurant, but as you'll hear on my podcast I believe that no dream is unreachable, so maybe one day.
